Volleyball

ODs are tomorrow night at 8pm! Join us tomorrow as we hang out and discuss a random topic. Find your closest OD by clicking the more info link and join in on the discussion!

We would love for you to join us March 7 through 12 as we go to Laguna Beach, Florida for our spring break trip, Rekindle. It’s always a great time of hanging out, good food, worship, messages and laying out on the beach. Money keeping you from coming? We have financial aid available.

2 Awesome Events on campus TONIGHT and Wednesday…

#1: “CAN THE BIBLE BE TRUSTED?” / TONIGHT: Monday, February 8th / Student Union, Room 200 / 9pm

Dr. Mike Ross will give a lecture and then take ANY QUESTIONS from the audience!

#2: “THE RESURRECTION: MYTH OR REALITY” / Wednesday, February 10th / Lucas Room in the Cone Center / 7pm

Dr. Gary Habermas, one of the world’s leading experts on the resurrection of Jesus will be delivering a talk on the historicity of the resurrection. Habermas has spoken at Oxford, Cambridge, and many other universities on the topic. At the conclusion of his talk Habermas will interact with the audience with a Q&A session.

Big Meeting tonight at 8pm in Rowe 130! We’re going to be playing a crazy ’70s Slang Game, hearing a great message from Joe and hanging out eating good food. You don’t wanna miss it.

Join us for our Spring Coffee House in the Student Union start at 8pm tonight! There will be free homemade goodies, free starbucks coffee and other drinks, and live music provided by the Already Not Yet Band.

To all the girls:

This is Charlotte and I will be starting up several girls discipleship groups this coming week on campus! We will be going through a 12-week curriculum put together by our pastors and some of the older ladies in Mission 28. It is outstanding material and I am excited to be taking girls through it! The topics cover everything from the Gospel, to Beauty, to Men and Womens Roles and more.

Below are the different meeting times of the groups I am starting. If you are interested in committing to be a part of one of these weekly groups, please CLICK HERE to send me an email with your contact information and which group you would like to participate in and I will call you back and we’ll work it out! All girls are welcome. If you commit to come every week, there is no cost for the course.. everything is inclusive and we will provide it for you.

Group 1: Meets TUESDAYS from 4-6pm in the Student Union

Group 2: Meets THURSDAYS from 1-3pm in the Student Union

Group 3: Meets THURSDAYS from 5-7pm in the Student Union

Group 4: Meets FRIDAY in the afternoon (time and place TBD)

Big Meeting is tomorrow at 8pm in CHHS Room 281! Come join us.

The Big Meeting has been MOVED tomorrow night because of a scheduling conflict with Rowe! So we’ll be meeting in the College of Health and Human Services Building (CHHS) tomorrow in ROOM 281.

PLEASE pass this info along to anyone and everyone that you know of that might be attending the Mission 28 Big Meeting tomorrow! Supposedly this is going to happen once more in February and one more time again in April. We’ll get you the exact dates as soon as possible. Anyway… PASS THE WORLD ALONG and we’ll see you tomorrow night!

We’ll be asking questions like: “Why does suffering happen?” “What would a world look like where suffering didn’t exist?” and “Assuming God exists, why doesn’t He stop suffering?”. Join us for our spring Coffee House next Tuesday starting at 8pm in the Student Union. We’ll have yummy food, Starbucks coffee, Live music and games. Its one of our most favorite events. Put it on your calendar and plan to come out and join us!
